Shanghai Jianqiao University is one of the top private universities in China. Since OASIS became an off-campus practice base for the "Integration of Industry and Education" of Jianqiao University in 2020, we have maintained good interaction with the college's teachers and students, providing internships and employment positions for dozens of students.

In order to consolidate enterprise-college cooperation, help college students to understand the employment situation in advance, strengthen a deeper understanding of the future foreign trade industry and the characteristics of talent demand in the foreign trade industry, our company and Shanghai Jianqiao University jointly held a professional cognition practice lecture on the theme of "Cross-border Investment & Foreign Trade Enterprises' Needs and Professional Talent Growth". This lecture was highly supported by Jianqiao University, chaired by Professor Gao Zhongli of Foreign Trade College, lectured by Hu Tianxing, Director of Marketing Department of our company, and attended by all the students of International Trade in 2021.

Director Hu started the lecture with three questions: What do you want to do with this major? What do you want to be within five years of working? What can you bring to "others"? After that, a wonderful lecture was launched around these three questions. At the meeting, with his excellent business ability and practical work experience, shared with the students the mental journey of newcomers in foreign trade, and explained the abilities that each position should have to help the students to further clarify the direction, formulate goals and feasibility plan.

In the final interactive session, the students actively asked questions, and Mr. Oreo Yum, General Manager of OASIS, also participated in answering questions.

This lecture not only helped the freshmen of Jianqiao University to establish a preliminary professional cognition, but also enables us to understood the development needs of contemporary college students, which has accumulated experience for enterprise in talent introduction and talent training in the future. Since March, everyone has been isolated at home or school, and it is inevitable that some people will be anxious. Through college-enterprise cooperation, students, colleges and enterprises can truly achieved a win-win situation.
