Imidacloprid is a nitromethylene systemic insecticide, also known as a neonicotinoid insecticide. It has a broad spectrum, high efficiency, low toxicity, and low residue. It is difficult for pests to develop resistance, and has multiple effects such as stomach toxicity, contact toxicity and systemic action. After the pests contact the agent, the normal conduction of the central nervous system is blocked, causing them to paralyze and die. Its quick-acting effect is good, and it has a high control effect one day after application, and the residual period is as long as 25 days. There is a positive correlation between the control effect and temperature, the temperature is high, the insecticidal effect is good. Mainly used to control piercing-sucking mouthparts pests.
