Methoxyfenozide
Methoxyfenozide is the second generation of dihydrazide insect growth regulator, which has high selective insecticidal activity against Lepidoptera. It has no osmotic effect and phloem systemic activity, and its effect is mainly caused by stomach toxicity, and it also has certain contact toxicity and egg killing activity.
It is mainly used to control the larvae of Lepidoptera such as beet armyworm, cabbage armyworm, prodenia litura, cabbage caterpillar, cotton bollworm, golden moth, American white moth, pine caterpillar, inchworm and rice borer. It can be used on a variety of crops including cruciferous vegetables, solanaceous vegetables, melons, cotton, apples, peaches, rice, trees.
Note: It should be used during the peak period of egg hatching or the early stage of pest occurrence to get better control effect.
